WARRANTY
Our 1 year warranty offers peace of mind for all our loyal customers.
The warranty period applies from the date of order for 1 year, for all our products.
The above warranty applies when the fallowing are met:
- product is used inside only
- product was never dropped or damaged during assembly
- product never altered from original manufacturing state
We can not assume responsibility for the misuse or misapplication of it's product.
The warranty does not cover:
- customer modification mishandling or abuse
- color changes due to fingermark residue or sun exposure
- repair, modification or service by unauthorized personel
- use product other than it's designed purpose
- damage caused to the product from improper mounting, hanging or adjustments
- damage caused to the product from incorrect use
- normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches or paint chipping
We must be notified no later than 14 days from when the buyer became aware of any defect or such occurrence taking place. The warranty covers a full replacement of your initial product or repair if it possible. The customer will be responsible for delivering product to us, if product was posted you must send product to us using the same courier company. The customer is full responsible for securing the product for shipping, we recommend insure parcel for full amount which you paid for the item. We not taking responsible for any damage or lost parcel which you sent to us.
After a full inspection and review, if granted, the customer will receive replacement or repaired product under our warranty guidelines in the next 14 days. In the same time we'll send you refund for sending parcel to us.
If the item does not meet the warranty conditions - we can offer you a service repair for additional fee.
If the product does not meet the terms of the warranty, the customer will have to pay cost of shipping to us and back to customer before we sent the product back to customer.
